IJIET (International Journal of Indonesian Education and Teaching) is published biannually, in January and July, in English by the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta. The journal welcomes scholarly articles on education and teaching. All manuscripts submitted for publication must be written in excellent English. Authors from around the world are invited to submit original, previously unpublished, full-length papers throughout the year; no specific submission deadline applies.  The journal’s focus and scope comprise two main fields: (1) education, including curriculum policy, secondary school assessment, and challenges facing private universities; and (2) teaching and learning in any subject or course—at any level, from kindergarten and elementary school through college and university—including STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and SHAPE (social sciences, humanities, and the arts for people and the economy) disciplines, such as linguistics, economy, and history. Other related topics on education and teaching (and learning) will also be considered.

The International Journal of Indonesian Education and Teaching (IJIET) invites researchers, academics, educators, practitioners, and postgraduate students to submit original, unpublished manuscripts for its forthcoming issue: Vol. 11, No. 1 (2027), to be published in January 2027. IJIET is a peer-reviewed journal published biannually by the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. E-ISSN: 2548-8430 | P-ISSN: 2548-8422. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of the journal. Those considered a good fit will be sent for peer review before a decision on acceptance or rejection is made.
